This session covers Daniel’s vision of chapter 8. The vision recorded there accurately predicts the exploits of Antiochus Epiphanes IV (ruled 175-164 B.C.), including his desecration of the Jewish Temple and its purification by Judas Maccabaeus in 165 B.C. Jews today celebrate Hanukkah in celebration of the purification of the Temple.
